What we liked The communication from the very beginning was friendly, professional, and very personal. After booking through Booking.com, we were also supported by a management agency that seemed to coordinate the stay on behalf of the owner. Their messages were clear, helpful, and well organized, which made the preparation and arrival very easy. The arrival itself was smooth. Finding the exact location of the accommodation required a little attention, though. The key landmark is a small minimarket located between the apartments and the nearby hotel. We actually stood in front of a minimarket already—but on the wrong side—so it’s helpful to pay close attention to that detail. What we especially appreciated was the personal dedication of the host. Despite the agency assisting with the communication, the contact still felt warm and personal, and he was even reachable by phone at 9 pm, which we really appreciated. The breakfast concept with the partner restaurant was a brilliant solution. The food was excellent and truly first-class. Another detail that really stood out was that the bed was made every day, which is something we haven’t seen in an apartment for quite a long time. That level of service was impressive. There were also nice little amenities and thoughtful touches for guests, and everything we needed was available. Some hotels could actually learn from this approach. The host truly delivers what is promised: luxury – but in an apartment setting. We were genuinely impressed. Thank you very much. ------- What could be improved The description of how to find the minimarket could be improved. A few photos would make it much easier to locate the exact entrance. The entrance is directly next to “Anastasia – Handmade Art” and is a white door, which would be much easier to identify if shown visually. It would also be helpful to have a small brochure or information sheet in the apartment with the most important details (for example the Wi-Fi password and basic information about the stay). Since we arrived late at night around 11 pm, we preferred not to call again when the Wi-Fi password initially didn’t work. A second key card would also have been very convenient in case two guests want to go out separately. However, we did not ask for one, so it might have been available on request.

Fantastic stay experience, both the location and the accommodation were excellent! The room was spotless, lots of amenities and the breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend it!

The location in the heart of the Old Town is truly unique, with direct access to the alleys, the Venetian harbor and restaurants. The accommodation was comfortable and equipped with everything I needed. The staff was kind and always available. Overall, a high-level experience that I would happily choose again.
