Thearia Villa with Hydromassage pool

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation in the villa. The villa is very modern and very comfortable with air conditioning, hydromassage pool, sun loungers, sun protection and outdoor seating. There are two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway with wardrobes and an open plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen. Overall the space was spacious and much more comfortable than a hotel. Outside is the fenced private area with patio, pool and sun loungers. There is a parking lot in front of the villa. The villa is under video surveillance and the hostess also lives on the premises, so we always felt safe. The always friendly hostess was always available to provide us with information before and during our stay. There are beaches, supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area. Chania is 15 minutes away by car, where there are countless stores and restaurants. We were in Chania every evening because it is so beautiful there. The vacation in the villa is particularly suitable for holidaymakers who either want to be very relaxed or want to explore the west side of Crete by rental car. We will definitely be back! Therefore 5 stars.

This home is modern and very newly erected...It's stylish, has a calm & serene vibe, and has everything you'll need...the location is perfect for going into Chania or visiting Rethymno. Only 18 mins from the Chania Airport and 10 mins from Chania proper. The Mountainside Outdoor Botanic Gardens are a must, only 28 mins away. Incredible!! Peacocks the size of your biggest dog and very friendly! It's so quiet at night here. We pulled down the blackout shades and slept for 10+ hours EVERY night. Stress free and beyond relaxed. We could easily spend a month here. The weather was uncharacteristically cool (61°) and wet during our stay, but we had two great days to enjoy the pool. We did enjoy the hot tub throughout and it was a nice respite. Despina and her husband were stellar hosts! Truly wanted to be sure we enjoyed our holiday and were helpful with wonderdul restaurant recommendations, even for Rethymno! We ate incredible!! We fell in love with Crete and will miss it greatly! Can't wait to come back. The island and it's people, culture, and food are so lovely and made us feel taken care of. Efharisto! And Yiamas to you and yours!!

Despina was a wonderful host and provided many recommendations. The apartment was a 7 min walk from a supermarket and beach with several restaurants. Chania is only a 15 mins drive away. The pool was a big hit with my children and the apartment was clean and offered all that we needed. Lovely stay. Thanks!

Despina and Chris were very kind, welcoming and so helpfull. The accommodation was perfect for us. Very clean, well equipped and the pool was a lovely addition. Despina also gave us some excellent tips for good restaurants in the area! Definitely would recommend this stay if you are looking for a calm getaway but still want to be close to the city!

Unforgivable 10 days of family vacation! This luxury villa is excellent, contemporary design with 3 separate sleeping rooms and kitchen , living room which can be in one with terrace. Perfect size of pool for more than one family. Villa is fully equipped, we felt like we were at home, nothing missed. Location of villa is great, quiet place, near to highway from where you can go on any direction. Superb friendly host, always available for any questions and recommendations. It was like we are visiting some close friends. I will just add few pictures which are maybe missing from original description (sunset and night on pool) :-)
